How should we pray?

It was about 10m years that i prayed and then time by time i could not concentrate my self during praying and evrytime i was woried about some problem and then i stoped my praying. Later i have heard that Our Hazi Imam gave one farman to the Jamaat that you can turn only tasbeh instead of praying if you can not pray. Can you send me this farman or alitle information about this farman.
