Ismailis in China....

I have heard there are 10s of thousands of ismailis in china. specifically in Xinjiang... I have got this info from Forum 18 on following link.

I have also got info about

The Khojah Kingdom in Xinjiang in 17th century is this the same is Ismaili Khojas? any idea?

Yes there are ismailis in China. There are people who has traveled from Shughnan to China( Sari Qul). Right now, they speak the same Shughni - Pamiri Language.

I think the best way to know about ismailies in china is to visit china if you can’t then make Chinese friends who are not Atheist. I had many Chinese in my school most of them were bought up in china none of them believe in God. Not only Ismaili but also people from different faith have problems in practicing their respective faith. My experience with Chinese is that they have great respect for people who have faith and wants to learn about different religious laws, most important thing is that they are great listeners.
