ya Ali madad

u have asked two questions,

1st let me tell u the title/word KHOJA is n0t limmited for Ismailies only, actuly it was orginated for ismailies of indo-pak which our pir converted from Hindu isum to Islam & Ismailies,

but many of them had convert, s0 you may find a Isna Ashari (12ver) Khoja, Salafi/Wahabi Khoja, sunni khoja .. etc..

regarding 1st question, is everyone on true path, the reply can be YES & n0 too

why YES, bec they ( non ismailies) follow the teachings of Prophethood which were given 1400 years back + s0me believe in Ijtehaad

this formulate & update there deen

while we dont have to d0 ijthaad, since we have a living Imam.

they are worried about the leadership who may unite them as Quran clearly mention that "prophet is the leader "

but i'll qoute Imam Jafar Saddiq a.s that he said "by us Allah is Known & by Allah we are Known"

there is a Hadeeth of Prophet pbuh that "who ever die without recognizing the Imam he has died as Jihal (ignorant)"

but, our Imam has said that we should give respect to other faiths, bec i think he once mention that

"Islam has many ways & we as Ismailies follow one way of Islam"

that clearly mean that Imam never said that They ( other sects) are wrong! just to promote Peace!

bec Quran righly says "to you its your way , to me its mine"

so, please treat them equally, & pray 4 them when u pray for ur self

Hello, you may want to read Crossing the Threshold : Understanding Religious Identities in South Asia. Here is the Amazon link to this book. And here is the IIS link to the same.
