Yes, I should have said Mexico and/or Costa Rica!! Land is Costa Rica is just as cheap and and as widely available as in Mexico, with slightly better weather. Costa Rica has excellent sunshine, and good weather year round, a perfect place to retire. My vision is to have 50 ismaili families to start...
