Toronto JK Announcement re. NA, EU economy

I heard that there was an announcement this past Friday regarding the economies of N. America and Europe. I wasn't there, but can anyone who was there provide the key points? Thanks very much.

You can go to any JK and ask for the announcement from Mukhi/Kamadias.

Thanks, but I am on a work assignment in Europe right now, so unfortunately, I don't have access to any Canadian Jamati M/K's. I did ask Belgium M/K's but they are not aware of any such announcement.
