Jaddee buttee karee deh jeevaave, pann vaa(n) sukhaku(n) kabahu na paave.................25

Those who prolong their lives through care and medication do not attain that peace at all.

would this include our daily supplements of antioxidants,vitamins or minerals?

I think what is implied here is that those who practice ostentatious activities which may look impressive such as magic, music etc, do not achieve peace in that manner. In this particular verse the attention is focused at those who claim or boast about the ability to prolong life through medicine, they will not attain peace which does not depend upon outward abilities or abilities to perform extra-ordinary things.

Those who take medicine and also perform Ibadat will find peace.
