What is The meaning of Ruko ?
Anybody Knows Where the Word "Ruko" is mentioned in Quran, if yes then can anyone mention it here?

Ruko means Stop, Urdu word, unless you mean, Ruku = sajda.

Curious2 is correct Ruku is a form of prostration, prostration while standing and bending so that your hands are on your knees and at the same time your knees are in un-bent position. It is an action during Salaat on 6th through 11st calling of God is Great in all Rakat (complete set of Salaat) with the exception of Salaat of Passing (aka Janaza).

Ruku is bowing as you describe above;

Sajood or sajda is Prostration.
