Is it ok to give dasond via cheque and get tax adjustment in salary

I recently came across this whereby dasond can be paid to mukhi shb via cheque with title of aga khan foundation and in return i will be provided with a receipt after 30 days which can be use to get tax adjustment in my salary. It can help improve my disposable income given bad situation in Pakistan.

Now the dilemma is that, will it be counted as dasond or charity if i get a tax adjustment under section pertaining to exemption on charity.

I have confirmed from JK that one can pay dasond this way. But i am not sure if morally it is right way to go.

Not only the above question but there are many other questions which youth and jamaiti members keep asking. I think ITREB Waizeen and IIS scholars are not capable of answering such questions or avoid to answer.
Now question is, why to get Tax adjustment or Tax refunds on Dasond? Dasond is paid from pure earings with pure heart and not demanding any returns. Tax adjustments or refunds can be collected on donations and charity but not on zakat or dasond. Did Prophet Muhammad gave refunds who paid Zakat? When I asked an Ismaili, why he gives large amonut of money in Dasond. He replied there is Barakah in my rozi and earnings and Dasond protects me from calamity.

Dasond is on money left after tax is paid. It has nothing to do with the concept of chatity or charitable donation. Please refer to the link in one of the above message as there is already a thread on Dasond, this one is been closed to avoid repetititons.
