I don't know Khojki, what is "...no chanto"? (I can understand 4 Jug.)

Also, does anyone know where a good intro to Khojki is? I know some Farsi, I am studying Arabic, but Khojki is outside of my realm of knowledge (although I know more than most about Indian languages, so it's not totally foreign).

Thanks, yes I do. I should have made the connexion, lol, right?

So no is perhaps a possessive? Okay, that helps with a lot of things. :-)

Shams
Chaar Jug can be symbolic of 'all time'.

You make the niyat before you kneel for your chanto...

As per the above discussion I figure it out that all these 15 chhantas can only taken on 'LAITUL QADRA' night, We should not ask MUKHI?KAMADIA saheb for all these chhanta but we need to make niyat only before the Chhanta. Please correct me if I miss anything as per above discussion.
Why we can only take these chhanta on Laitul Qadra night? why not other nights, there are too many holy days in our religion? is there any significence just for Laital Qadra night for these chhanta?

I believe there is a thread with a detailed discussion on Layl Tul Qadr.

There are total 17 different chhantas which we have to niyat when we approachs to Mukhi/Kamadia sahebans for 'DU'A KARAVAVI' but in Ismaili.net only 15 chhanta's discription has given; BELOW ARE THESE TWO CHHANTAS WHICH YOU CAN ALSO NIYAT IT ALONGWITH OTHER 15 CHHANTAS":-
1, CHHADIDARNO CHHANTO
2, MAHADANNO ( DAY OF JUDGEMENT/ KAYAMAT)CHHANTO.
These two chhantas are explained beautifully in "Laitul Kadra" waezes of Rai Abu Ali Azizbhai, interesting members are requested to listen his waezs.

We Ismailies are blessed with life after life from Moula ALI's time.If we understand the kalima, and Imams farman N statement of
naming souls n person as same and not as akin to or in alerogical stance.
Here is a poem expressing my this phase of Life. Please try to understand the deeper(baatin) meaning of Bayat,Maad n Qiyamat
DE THI BAYAT TUJ KO ALI JAB HUIE THI ELAAN TERI.
WO THI BAYAT QAYAMAT TAK KI,YAAD KAR TU USKO ALI.
BAKSHA RAHA ZINDHAGI MUJHE,SAATH JABEE KE TERE ALI.
WO SARI THI ZINDAGHI TERI,YEH BHI ZINDHAGI TERI ALI.
ZINDHAGI AAGE DEH TE REHNAA ,KHUBH KIDHMAT LENA ALI.
YAHI HAI MAAD QIYAMAT MERI,YEHI HAI BAYAT KA MAINA ALI.

It is simple in our deshi basha. Certain phrases cannot be translated perfectly in English, as there can be a loss of essence in doing that.
