I have heard our Hazar Imam say live by the principles of the faith, the ethics of the faith.. If you dont mind me asking, what are they? and has he mentioned it in the farmans.

Yes he has. You will find them in his Farman made during his first Mulaqat with the Russian Jamat on 29th January 1995. You can obtain the Farman from Mukhi/Kamadia Saheb of your Jamat.
