I've read the Angels topic before and it was clear that Angels are around us to help anytime of the day and they can be in any form, sometimes they take the form of the humans or in the form of some guidance we get before even we ask.
Angels are with us 24hours 7 days a week till the end of our life. Angels protect us from the bad things.
But is it right to say that Hazar Imam performs the role of Angels too? Because Hazar Imam have said on few occasions that I am always with you so never feel yourself alone. And normally when we're in Trouble or need guidance, We call upon Ya-Ali and our problem solves. When Hazar Imam is with us 24hours 7 days a week till the end of our life then why Angels are there? Hazar Imam is above them, he knows everything and he stops us from doing any bad thing and guide us everyday.
Isn't both protect us and help us to get out of the trouble? Is it right to say that Hazar Imam takes the form of an Angel to get us out of our troubles of daily life when we call upon Ya Ali and ask for his help? And Allah indeed knows everything which we do then why he says that there are two angels (one for our good deeds and one for our bad deeds) who keeps writing our actions. When Allah knows everything then why does he need these Angels to write?
So once again a confused question from a confused guy.

our life and death has been ordained, hence we have no control over it. allah has given us the the choice and freedom to live in this world.whether we live a straight forward life or the other way the choice is ours.two angels record our actions the good and the bad.on the day of resurrection this book of our deeds is given to us.hence each one of us has two angels guarding us and recording or deeds.

Allah knows everything what a mankind will do. I may come to a near-satisfactory statement and it's that if we're going to do something wrong, our angels will guard us and will give us silent warnings. If we ignore, we commit sins.
But I am questioning when MHI is with us always though not physically but spiritually Allah - Ali is omnipresent. They are always with us. Then why do we need angels to guard us ? Or why there are angels to guard us ?
And many times when we are in troubles, he gets us away from those troubles. Aren't those miracles done by MHI itself? We get it daily. Many experience it and many don't realize it too. Or are those miracles performed on the command of MHI by angels?

In it Pandaws one brother ask Shri Bhudd when he came to recognize him the Divine Manifestation and it was when you know all the sins will come to me of the Mahabarat killing and so many will die...why did u let it happen??

my two cents:
We all have seen fireworks and enjoyed them on occasions. Person making the fireworks knows exactly how the outcome is going to be in the sky, but still enjoys it very much.
Similary, Artist has a vision which is equally beautiful as an actual piece of Art, but he still eagerly awaits the final appearance of his vision on the canvas. and When it is completed he enjoyes it satified of his accomplishment.
God being the artist have created the wonderful piece of art, where his vision is the 'fate' and we are the painting in final touch. Thats how I look at it yeah we are his Toys but thats not all that is to it. let us continue to lit up the sky like God planned.

Ya Ali Madaad,
Last year I was watching Mahabharata in which Lord Krishna tell Arjun while explaining Gita that “You are work is to do effort and My work is to give result, do what you are suppose to do and leave The result on Me”… after considering this statement with my past I realised it’s infact true! When I see my past, the events were like steps, each step took me to close to Allah, each step was properly planed and I have no idea I was travelling towards this direction. Although I never intended to land were I am today but It’s was Allah will, all my effort which were for my motive didn’t happened. I couldn’t accept the fact that everything was planned and I was just a toy! I felt like I m harassed, I felt I don’t want to this life of toy but I didn’t stop doing my prayers… I kept asking Allah why? Why this? Why that? Why all the effort I make depends only on YOUR yes or no!
In same week I forgot my credit card (CC) in an ATM while withdrawing money, I couldn’t go to bank in next 48 hrs so the bank send my CC to Head Office of my Bank… I went to my branch, spoke to my consular, she said it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get back my CC or If I need it urgently then I must cancel my CC and order a New CC but it will cost me… as in 2 weeks I was suppose to travel I needed CC. I called Head office and did everything to get my CC so that it doesn’t cost me but it didn’t work I had to order a new CC… it was expensive……….
5 days before my travel my dad called me to know some details from my Passport I checked my bag and found my Residence Card (RC) Missing. I search all possible places but didn’t find it…! For next 2 hrs I was tense, 1st it was CC n now RC… without RC I can’t re-enter France so I felt I can’t travel now all my money n expectations will go in Vain…
I was tense for 2 hrs then I said “Ya Allah I am not careless but I forget my CC in ATM which cost me some euros, now my RC is missing n it will cost me my trip. U know how important this trip is for me, my future depend on this trip… Allah some many times I found expensive things in streets I returned them to their owner… (I reminded Allah of situation) do u remember one day I found USB key in internet café n I don’t had a clue whose it was, I didn’t trust person at counter that he would return USB key to its right owner so kept it in my bag left to school n when I had time checked All folders n files in USB key, called every number which was in USB to find out if someone is missing USB n if then asked them how its like… I don’t take rest till I return it to the right Owner… Allah I was sincere how can u hurt me… Anyways I leave everything on you, now its up to you Mowla... you have control on everything, If I couldn’t travel I will think you didn’t will” then I left for work forgetting about my trip…
On my way I thought where I last saw my RC, then I remember I went to do Photocopy of some documents last weeks and I did Photocopy of my RC… I called my friend who work’s near the Photocopy shop to find out if someone has seen my RC in the shop…. In 20 minutes my friend called me back told me that my RC was with shop keeper and he found it in machine which was not working… “I remembered, when I was doing photo copy of RC machine stopped working and I had to use another machine, and my RC was in the machine which stopped working…”
These words echo in my Mind “I do my work and you do you are work” the picture was clear for me! The message was loud and clear! Everything started making sense to me……..!

Both cards could have been misused if they had fallen in wrong hands. I tried to secure them when I got to know they are missing, I had knowledge that CC was missing and I had no knowledge of my RC until the day I got it back… I had eye on one and other was taken care by Allah…! I did my work and he was doing his work… what was important has happed.
I realised if I am a toy then I have got a choice to do my effort even if my effort is written… I will do my work and leave thing on Allah… I will do what he is told us to do, be kind and ethical in affairs as I was in the case where I return things I found (usb key) and the best work is to read this verses when I feel I am blocked or think when I am a toy (01.05 to 01.07) Guide us to the straight path, the path of those upon you have bestowed favours, Not of those cursed ones Nor of those who have gone astray! Which all most all Muslims say in their prayer to convey Allah, I think one meaning of these verse can be or may be that we say Allah you are the one who can put us anyway you want so show us straight path and put us among those you favour….! Meaning who are in light in both worlds.
I feel my life has changed since then, exams or targets doesn’t worries me, I don’t fear of result because it’s in Allah’s hand, what is good for me or important for my salvation will happen and I only think whether my effort is sincere or not, I believe I am in safe hands if I follow Allah sincerely and do my effort (Karam) sincerely. I use to believe Trust in God but don’t forget to lock you are car, then I believe even after locking is it safe, now I don’t fear of it safety…!

We live two lives Zahir and Batine; Most of us don’t have knowledge of other side of life… By both forms I mean to say in both states Zahir and batine, I mean to say when we are with our body or without body…. By respect I mean to say the way Hazar Imam is guiding us in Zahir world he must also be available to Guide us in our Batine world…. It's indeed a miracle that you are from sunni background converted into Ismailism.
There are thousands of Sunnis but not all get that feeling from the deedar (jhalak) of Hazar Imam, I guess this was your story right?
Your soul was destined to be in Ismailism and get purified and receive salvation.
Your soul must have evolved enough in this life to recognize Ali
half-way through.

When we are discussing "result is in Allah hands" then when I say “Toy” I m referring to we or u or us cause the result is in His Hands… did u watch 20/20 world cup cricket match final between India and Pakistan, both teams did well… in last 5 minutes it looked as if Pakistan will win but in last minute it was infact India who won…! The way Misbah ul Haq was playing no one could have said that India will win even he didn’t believe he played a wrong shot… “He said I was ready to play straight Drive but don’t know what happened I didn’t play it…” so I am just tying to tell that Allah can put us anyway.. He is in control of result we r not, like our birth is not in our hand if u were not born in Ismaili house u wouldn’t have been Ismaili was it your choice to born in ismaili family but you have got choice to do effort and I think best effort is to ask Allah put u or we or us in the once who gets respect in both the world so that we win… like Indian team got respect and was blessed victory…! Indain team could have also lost...!
For your question “who does the work Angels or Hazar Imam”
I am not sure but with my experience I can try may be I m wrong… I think Imam is a Noor and angles are of Noor too, its angles who do the work but on the command of Allah… I think the command pass from Highest Level of Noor to Lower Level…. Now you need to understand the way Allah communicates to us with Prophets and Imams… Allah take work from Angles to complete a particular task… Allah is present everywhere but I think work is down by angles by Allah command…
