Aga Khan Institutions members some times?......

Hi This is Shallwani here again i just want to ask a simple but a meaning ful question that why some members on the big posts just do not perform their duty well and just perform the un even works which are so effective to the ismaili jamat and Imam doesnt do them any thing as Imam knows every thing and their posts are repeating for many years i will not take their names but any<BR>one can answer me that why Hazir imam doesnt do them any thing and why their posts are repeating time by time as their was an incident behind me that An ismaili man on a big post of Habib Bank  for treated badly by the Aga Khan institutional members and that was the the only cause that he left Ismaili relegion but this was not the matter his Faith was not powerful and he left it but the matter is that why Imam do not say them any thing as one Farman of SMS that these members do ched in our institutions as any one can tell me that why .......Imam has left them is it for the Akhrath but i dont believe on it then when.....

Well every one is responsible for what he is doing. No one is perfect so any man can do mistakes but if some one do some thing wrong deliberately than it is sin although his post may repeat but he would be answerable to God at the time of death.
