Another topic I am curious about is donating organs after you have died. When we are buried should our bodies be whole? Because isn't it written that on the Day of Judgement we shall rise. And if you think donating organs is wrong, then how can you justify letting people die or not trying to improve the quality of their lives.
Again, I am not trying to provoke anyone, I am just curious whether there are any farmans on this topic.
(P.S. My earlier post was on euthanasia).
Other issues that have peeked my interest are abortion, IVF and AI. Can anyone enlighten me on these issues?

There is nothing wrong with donating organs. It is infact a very virtueous deed and should be considered by one and all.
After death, we are resurrected ( or we rise ) spiritually and not physically. Our physical body is no longer of any use to us and over time after it is burried, turns into dust.
So if in your lifetime, when you perfrom any good deed ( liking donating your precious organ), then the act of performing such a good deed will prove beneficial to your spiritually in your after-life.

It is true that there has been no farmans with regards to organ donation... and I am myself is not aware of one.
However, we as Ismailis should realize that it is not possible for the Imam to physically make farmans on each and every matter affecting his murids personl / physical life.
However, what he does do is from time to time provide us with a broad set of principles and guideline---all within the framework of the Ismaili interpration of Islam --- with which we can choose to make an effective and ethical decisions on matters that affect our day to day living.
The "Amanat" or "Trust" with which God sent us to this world is his trust in us in making the right choice as dicated by the divine laws and their correct interprations.
Our actions in this world and the choices that we make in life will ultimately decide how spiritually uplifted we become at the end of our lives, so as to embrace the noor of the Imam in the hereafter.... and every good action or beleif or good intentions adds to this uplifting process.

Blood Donation
If you think of Blood as an organ the answer is clearer.
Ismailies have been on the forefront with donating blood for decades.
